Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout. Some products—such as our Cake Jars—are perishable and are only available for 1–3 day shipping to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.
We do not recommend extended or standard shipping for perishable items, as we want your order to arrive safe, fresh, and delicious.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are edible and perishable, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your order arrives missing, damaged, or incorrect, you must provide proof (photos/videos and order details) within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
We cannot honor claims made after the 24-hour window, as product quality can no longer be verified.
